Who Said Stop Credit?

Have you ever set a client status to stop credit and your sales team going through the full process of selling new gear, closing the opp, creating a sales order, raising a purchase order and then finally creating a service ticket only to find they can’t add notes because the client is on stop credit – er.. roadblock.

So given that sales guys live in opportunities, why not use a workflow rule on the company status to create an Opp for “On Stop Credit”, that way it’ll be super obvious to the sales team.  Neat idea hey!

Coming up on our roadmap is the ability to update open opportunities via workflow – which you can use to close this opp after they pay and their status is changed.
