However then it hit us – we now also know our competitors weaknesses! So we started building customised solutions to optimise our ConnectWise even more.
That’s where Ape-PI was born. We targeted our most painful aspects of the business with custom solutions – specific to our needs. Things like Agreement Addition management, or Mass Create Opportunities or Time Billing minimum per ticket (not by time entry). All these things helped make us more efficient and aren’t currently available in ConnectWise.
